Article 21(3) Any outdoor advertisement placed in
accordance with this Article shall be written in local language or alphabet, or
if it is written in local and foreign languages or alphabets, the local
language or alphabet shall appear before or above the foreign language or
alphabet. In contrary to this article the advertisement of DJ KEVI is write the
advertisement in English language above the local language. according to
article 21{3} the advertisement should write the local language in the
above/before the foreign language because many people may not read the English
language, writing in Amharic letter is better than English letters. So based on
this article the advertisement violate the proclamation or it is illegal.
